NOVA GAMING CONTROLLERS LIMITED WARRANTY

At Nova Gaming Controllers, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products that are free from defects and malfunctions. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following warranty protection:

WARRANTY COVERAGE

We offer a standard 6 month warranty from the day of shipping on the following modified parts: Clicky Bumpers, Clicky Face buttons, Triggers and Mechanical Rear Buttons/ Paddle as well as Stick drift coverage (Stick drift coverage is not covered on the controller send in service, only covered on controllers purchased at Novagamingcontrollers.com).

The Warranty period can be extended by purchasing our Silver (+3 months) or Gold (+6 months) Warranty as an add on to your controller purchase.

During the warranty period, if your controller develops a fault/ defect we will either repair, replace or provide a refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping). We will cover all costs for repairing/ replacing your Nova Gaming Controller, excluding shipping costs.

For warranty claims within the warranty coverage period, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with delivering the controller to our facility. Once we receive your product, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

STICK DRIFT WARRANTY

We also cover Analog Drift / Stick Drift within the same warranty. For both Hall Effect Thumbsticks and regular thumbsticks, stick drift is considered if the thumbstick has a bias of more than 5% on any side. This is because Hall Effect Thumbsticks, like regular thumbsticks, use a traditional centering spring which is found on all standard gaming controllers. Centering springs do not always have a perfect center due to their physical design. They tend to have a slight bias in each direction after the thumbstick is moved.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Your warranty will be void if the controller seal has been damaged, peeled, removed, or tampered with in any way. Warranty is void when there are signs that the controller has been opened in any way.
  • Our warranty is only covered by the parts that were modified and installed by Nova Gaming Controllers.
  • Our warranty does not cover the following issues and will need to be reviewed by tech support:
    • Normal wear and tear, which refers to the natural deterioration of parts due to normal use and aging or dirt/ dust build up, including but not limited to face button input issues.
    • Damage due to blunt force or fall damage.
    • Liquid or fire damage
    • Outer shell damage
    • Charging/lithium ion battery issues
    • Connectivity issues
    • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the use of goods for commercial purposes related to business operations.
  • Finally, please note that our controllers are hand-made by our Nova technicians. As a result, there may be slight differences per controller.

REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS

Repairs and replacements will be free of charge within the warranty period. However, shipping charges will apply.

The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs relating to the delivery of warranty claims to and from our facilities.
