• No racism or prejudice towards any groups or individuals will be tolerated.
  
  
• Content Creators will not actively participate nor advocate towards any form of abuse or exploitations.
  
  
• Content Creators will not distribute any Discount codes intended for giveaways or purchases in an unfair manner.
  
  
• Content Creators should be expected to: Mutually follow Nova Gaming Controllers on all relevant social media platforms and join our discord server.

• Content Creators will not disclose any information regarding sneak peaks or inside knowledge of upcoming updates to the public that are still undisclosed to the public.

• Content Creators will be sent our marketing logo / graphics to be included in their stream/ content, this must be included in all streams
  
  
• Content Creators will put "!NOVA" in an active command in stream chat, (explaining what Nova Gaming Controllers is and displaying your link or discount code in response to the command).
  
  
• Nova Gaming Controllers platforms will not be used to promote any deceitful or harmful content.

• Content Creators must promote Nova Gaming controllers on their own platforms/ social media posts and will not promote their partner Discount code or referral link in social media posts or ads run by Nova Gaming Controllers.

• Upon receipt of your gift / controller we ask that you do a social media post and / or video showing off the product to your following, the video can be as long or as detailed as you like and must include your referral link/ code.
• Content Creators must post at least once a week on their social media platforms referring their followers to our social or website or products, that does not include in stream.
  

Nova Gaming Controllers Affiliates and Partnership Program Content Creators/ streamers will abide by these rules and guidelines, or risk suspension and/or removal from our program, this under our sole discretion. We reserve all rights to add, modify, and/or remove rules at any time.
