Our Process:
Every Controller is visually inspected and tested using the latest technology before any repairs are carried out.
If we find there to be further issues, we will message you straight away whilst your repair is on hold.
We repair all agreed repairs and again visually inspect then plug in and make sure everything is working as it should.
All controllers are in Game tested for 20 minutes.
After each and every repair all of our techs clean the work area using high quality products making sure they are ready for the next repair, so no dirt or bacteria is passed on to the next repair!
We wipe the controller with our high-quality product killing 99.9% of bacteria.
We then go onto boxing your repair back up and sending it straight off with the local courier to get it back to you as quickly as possible!
We will be in touch if there is any reason why we cannot repair the controller after inspection, such as liquid damage etc, please get in touch before placing an order for repair service if you suspect liquid damage is the cause.
Place an order and we will contact you with the address to send in your controller for repair, we are Liverpool based so if you would prefer to drop the controller off or collect upon repair this can be arranged post purchase.
The cost of you sending your controller in for repair by post or courier is not covered by us
If sending in your controller by post, make sure you send it tracked as we are not responsible for your controller getting lost in the post.
