BUILD TIME INFORMATION
Our current average controller build time is 10 to 20 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date your order was placed. This may increase during peak periods but we will always make sure we do everything we can to keep you informed & keep the process as quick as possible without effecting quality standards.
SHIPPING PROVIDERS
We primarily use Royal Mail for shipping our orders.
Please note that once the shipping service provider marks your order as delivered, Nova Gaming Controllers will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages. It is recommended that you track your shipment and make necessary arrangements to ensure safe receipt of your order. If you have any concerns or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping service provider directly.
VAT CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
All controllers are shipped from our address in the UK. You may be responsible for additional fees related to customs duties and import taxes if we ship overseas. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable fees. If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, we will have to charge you for the cost of reprocessing and reshipping the order.
PO BOX ADDRESSES ETC
We will not be able to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Please provide either residential or business addresses.
